What is your return policy?

I accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in it's original condition, I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

What are the payment options?

I accept online credit and debit card payments via Wix or PayPal.

How do I check the status of my order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order with 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at https://www.abeats.shop/support with your name and order number, I will look into it for you.

Shipping Policy

What You Need to Know

If I'm experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages

Adriane's BEATS LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
